By registering for the 2-day online wealth-building event (the "Event"), purchasing a VIP upgrade, or using the devgadhvi.com website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. The Event

The Event is a paid, live online training delivered by Dev Gadhvi. Your ticket gives you access to the live sessions, any bonuses listed on the sales page at the time of your purchase, and (where included) the time-limited replay.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a ticket. By registering you confirm that the name, email, and WhatsApp number you provide are accurate and belong to you.

3. Payment & Pricing

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• The regular ticket price and any VIP upgrade are clearly shown at checkout before payment is captured.
• Prices, bonuses, and seat availability may change without notice. The terms shown at the moment of your purchase are the ones that apply to your order.

4. Access to the Event

After successful payment, you will receive your access link and joining instructions by email and WhatsApp on the number you provided. It is your responsibility to keep these details safe. Tickets are issued for a single attendee and may not be resold, shared, or transferred without our written consent.

5. Intellectual Property

All content delivered during the Event — including slides, recordings, frameworks, templates, workbooks, and bonus materials — is the intellectual property of Dev Gadhvi. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the content for your own learning. Recording, redistributing, reselling, or publishing the content in any form is strictly prohibited.

6. No Financial Advice / Results Disclaimer

The Event is an educational program on wealth-building mindset and business strategy. It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice and does not constitute a recommendation to buy or sell any security or financial product. Any income, business, or investment results referenced — whether from Dev or from attendees — are specific to those individuals and are not a guarantee of your results. Your results depend on your effort, skills, experience, market conditions, and execution. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions.

7. Code of Conduct

We are building a respectful, high-trust community. We may remove or refuse access to anyone who behaves abusively, disrupts the Event, attempts to spam other attendees, or violates these terms — without refund.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your registration or participation in the Event is limited to the amount you paid for your ticket. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, business, or data.

10. Changes to the Event

We may make reasonable changes to the schedule, format, hosts, or bonuses of the Event. If the Event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the Event will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
